OPEN WINE
A contemporary tradition
What is the difference between open wine and bottled wine? There are different opinions.
Daniele and Walter are both focused on quality, and their point of view invites us to reflect upon how a great wine can be marketed.
The wine which is sold open should be drunk within a few months. The winery Franco Casetta performs one filtration also for open wine, even if in this case there are fewer filtration steps with respect to bottled wine. This choice does not impair the quality of the wine, it simply confirms their feature of pleasant, “ready-to-drink” wines which go well with any meal, a great product of Piedmont.
