Nose: pleasant, fresh and gently pronounced.

Gusto: pleasant, fresh with a slight bitterish aftertaste.

Gastronomic matching: it is special with summer starters, prepared with vegetables in season too. It also matches with steamed and not too much tasty river fish or sea fish.

You can also make a visit to the cellar to see with own eyes the entire company, taste the different wines and spend a few hours in the quiet countryside.
